Val Williams, MCC
Val is an Executive Leadership Consultant and Master Certified Coach (MCC). She has coached and consulted with hundreds of senior corporate executives and their teams since 1994. Val is a former corporate executive in the managed health care industry (Prudential) and has managed teams of over 700 staff members in multiple locations. Prior to her corporate career, Val worked with people on both physical and psychological rehab.
Val has coached senior executive leaders in the United States, Finland, Japan, England, and South America (often by telephone) to maximize their leadership impact. In her seminars and management retreats, Val is known for her interactive approach and practical results oriented style.
Coaching
Val was the first President for the New Jersey Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. Val has been credentialed and awarded the designation "Master Certified Coach" by the International Coaching Federation. Val has been featured in many publications including: New York Newsday newspaper, Business Week, Economist, Executive Female Magazine, Black Enterprise, Essence magazine and other healthcare magazines. As a leader in the coaching industry, Val is also a frequent speaker at coaching conferences nationwide and teaches on the faculty at University of Miami.
