Management Retreats

Val is an excellent facilitator. In management retreats Val is able to follow the flow of the leader of the group and the group dynamics. She is quick on her feet and can change the focus at a moment’s notice based on how the group is doing to achieve the goals of the retreat. Val is comfortable with conflict, so group interaction, even examining differing points of view, is encouraged. Generally, management retreats are centered around a theme such as Strategic Planning, Problem Solving for a particular business issue, or Team Building.

Management Retreats are generally 1-3 days. Agendas are very customized, developed up front with the organization’s leader and the team.
